Learning Objectives
Upon completion of this educational activity, participants will be able to:
- Review the pathophysiology, prevalence, associated co-morbidities, and burden of AF in the United States.
- Discuss predictors of Atrial Fibrillation and Stroke, and assess the safety and efficacy of prophylactic AF ablation.
- Assess the role of Cryo Nerve Block as a potential opioid-sparing pain management therapy in sternotomy procedures.
- Evaluate the role of Hybrid Ablation for treating non-responders and long-standing persistent AF patients.
